Submission of abstracts:
Abstracts should be submitted electronically, via registration form.
Following preliminary review process, they will be compiled in a Congress Abstract book.
Please use MS Word text editor. Send unformatted text, font size 12, Times New Roman. Do not use all caps in the title.
The abstract should contain title, full names of the author(s), author(s) affiliation, full address(es) of the author(s) (institute, faculty, university, school, street and street number, city, state, zip code), including e-mail(s). Limit your abstracts to 300 words.
Provide 3-7 key words that are not contained in the paper title. The text should be in English language. Underline the name of the presenter for both oral and poster presentations.
The abstracts should include introductory statement (introduces the general subject matter of the study), justification (comments on the importance of looking at the phenomenon in question), objectives (specifies the objectives of the study), methods (principal methods employed, without details), results and discussion (list most important, specific findings and add an interpretive comment (“discussion”) to each), and conclusions and significance (summarize the major message of the observations and comment on their significance).
Citations, references, tables and figures should not be included.
May 30th, 2022 – Second Announcement with instructions for writing papers
July 31st, 2022 – Registration and Abstract submission deadline
August 31st, 2022 – Final day for payment of the regular Congress fee
September 1st – 30st, 2022 – Payment of late registrations
October 15th – 18th, 2022 – Congress days
February 28th, 2023 – Publication of the Proceedings

Late payment (between September 1st – 30th 2022) will be charged additional 25€
Fee covers only the participation on the Congress and publishing in the Abstract book and Proceedings (maximum two presentations per leading author)
